VBS Worker’s Retreat
Bolinao, Pangasinan, Philippines
Every year, Malasiqui Baptist Church is holding a Daily Vacation Bible School. We are teaching children from the community from pre-school to high school. The children and young people learn about God, the Bible and the salvation that Christ is offering them if they respond to the gospel. During graduation, the parents of the children attend the celebration and they also have a chance of hearing the gospel. More or less, the enrollees varies from 8-120 children and young people. The church and the community look forward to this much anticipated annual event.
The church recognizes the hard works and sacrifices of the VBS teachers and workers. Thus after VBS they are treated with rest and recreation. This year they enjoyed their time in the beach in Bolinao.

Eric is one of the active members of the church. VBS is one of the ways that he becomes a Christian. It is also a training ground for him. He is nurtured through Bible Study and actual teaching experience among the children and youths.
